Cleanliness is very important .Homes must be kept clean and the clothes that we wear should be wasted regularly .The surrounding or the environment that we live should be arranged .so that we many live health .
The intake of health food is and there cause to lead a healthy life.we must always eat nutritious food that will help to grow our body. Lack of food will effect a person to be less active .The quality of the food must be higher than the quantity ..πππ₯ππΆ️ππ
